Finding stillness, meditating together, arriving internally
The Buddhist meditation at the Buddhist Center Ulm/Neu-Ulm invites you to a calm, clear, and open experience of faith. In the spiritual community of the Karma-Kagyü tradition, space is created for reflection, mindfulness, and a beneficial religious experience in everyday life.
An evening of focus and clarity
Every Wednesday and Friday at 8 PM, a guided group meditation in German begins. The evening provides a protected framework for silence, concentration, and inner orientation. Those coming for the first time will find an easy access to Buddhist practice and can participate without prior knowledge.
Experience Buddhism in the Diamond Way
The center belongs to the Karma-Kagyü lineage and conveys a lively, everyday accessible approach to Buddhist teachings. On the first Wednesday of each month, an introductory lecture complements the program. Thus, meditation connects with insights into spirituality, theology, and the practice of Diamond Way Buddhism.
A place of encounter in Neu-Ulm
The Buddhist Center Ulm/Neu-Ulm is centrally located in Neu-Ulm and has been a place of encounter for many years, where community, practice, and exchange come together. The open atmosphere makes the evening equally inviting for interested individuals, seekers, and regular meditators.
What visitors can expect
Visitors experience a quiet, respectful, and inspiring meditation practice that turns the gaze inward while also making community palpable. The offer is free and open to all who wish to get to know or deepen their experience of Buddhist meditation. A visit on-site offers the best opportunity to experience the special spiritual atmosphere live.
