Seeberger Genusswelt | Opening Hours & Breakfast
The Seeberger Genusswelt in Ulm is much more than a classic café or a regular shop: here, a gourmet market, café, restaurant, and conference and event rooms come together to create a versatile place for everyday life, breaks, and special occasions. The location is situated in the south of the twin city of Ulm/Neu-Ulm directly along the Danube cycling path and is understood as an experience world centered around coffee, snacks, breakfast, lunch, and events. Those who want to experience the Seeberger brand universe in one location will find a place where shopping, lingering, enjoying, and planning come together meaningfully. The official company history also refers to a long tradition: Seeberger dates back to October 6, 1844, when Christoph Seeberger began trading tea, coffee, and exotic spices in the old town of Ulm. The Genusswelt translates this history into a modern building where the entire brand world can be experienced. For guests, this means: they can have breakfast in the morning, eat lunch, shop for products, assemble gifts, order vouchers, attend events, or host a conference. This very mix makes the Seeberger Genusswelt a location with high search relevance for opening hours, breakfast, shop, lunch, vouchers, directions, and events. ([genusswelt.info](https://www.genusswelt.info/))
Opening Hours, Reservations, and the Best Time for Your Visit
The clear structure of the opening hours is particularly helpful for planning. The Genusswelt, including the café, is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The gourmet market itself follows its own hours and is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; it remains closed on Sundays and public holidays. Additionally, the lunch menu in the restaurant is available from Monday to Friday between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. This division is practical for visitors, as it allows for targeted planning of a breakfast visit, a shopping stop in the morning, a lunch break during the week, or a relaxed weekend outing. Particularly attractive is that a dedicated area for reservations is highlighted on the homepage. So, if you want a secure spot in the café or restaurant, you can organize your visit in advance. This is especially useful for groups, families, lunch appointments, and event days when demand is typically higher. ([genusswelt.info](https://www.genusswelt.info/pf/cafe/))
The daily rhythm of the location is also well thought out. Those who arrive early benefit from a quiet start in the café, those who stop by at noon can use the restaurant area for a compact break, and those who come in the afternoon or on weekends experience the combination of coffee, cake, shop, and terrace. It is also typical for the Genusswelt that different areas have different usage logics: the café accompanies the day with breakfast, cakes, snacks, and drinks, the gourmet market focuses on shopping and gifts, and the restaurant is geared towards the lunch break. This way, a static place does not emerge, but rather a flexibly usable enjoyment campus. The website provides the reservation area, menus, and opening hours directly visible, which significantly simplifies the search for current information. For SEO, this topic complex is important because users often first search for opening hours, reservations, and menus before deciding to visit. ([genusswelt.info](https://www.genusswelt.info/pf/cafe/))
Breakfast in the Café: Coffee, Cake, Tea Time, and Terrace
The café is one of the strongest attractions of the Seeberger Genusswelt. It is described on the website as a modern yet natural environment, complemented by a spacious sun terrace. Visitors will find special coffee specialties from Seeberger, modern tea culture, cakes and pastries, as well as a selection of savory treats. Particularly important for many search queries: the breakfast selection is plentiful, available on weekdays until 12:00 PM and on weekends until 1:00 PM. This makes the café suitable for early morning visits as well as for later breakfast appointments on Saturdays or Sundays. Additionally, trained baristas prepare the coffee specialties fresh, and milk alternatives are also offered. This makes the Genusswelt particularly attractive for coffee fans, breakfast guests, and anyone looking for a high-quality start to the day. ([genusswelt.info](https://www.genusswelt.info/pf/cafe/))
The breakfast character of the location is also pleasantly versatile. In addition to classic morning options, there are snacks, bagels, toasted breads, daily changing salads, and daily soups, providing just the right mix that swings between sweet, savory, light, and filling. The tea time with scones, cream, and sandwich slices also sets the café apart from a purely functional stop. For families and relaxed meetings, the combination of terrace and experiential character is also interesting; the tourism page additionally emphasizes the spacious outdoor area and an adjacent playground, making the location even more attractive for outings with children. So, if you are looking for a breakfast spot in Ulm, you will find not only food and drink here but also a place to linger. The mix of modern gastronomy, high-quality products, and a friendly, open atmosphere also explains why search terms like breakfast, café, cake, terrace, and reservations are so closely associated with the Seeberger Genusswelt. ([genusswelt.info](https://www.genusswelt.info/pf/cafe/))
Lunch Menu in the Restaurant: Fresh Cuisine for the Lunch Break
The restaurant of the Seeberger Genusswelt is ideal for anyone looking for a well-planned lunch in Ulm. It is located on the first floor and is open Monday to Friday between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. According to the official restaurant page, the team changes the dishes daily and works with fresh and regional ingredients. Guests can choose between meat, fish, and vegetarian options, making the offer open and practical for different dietary preferences. This makes the restaurant a very practical address, especially for professionals, teams, or visitors with a tight schedule. The website also recommends reserving in advance to secure a spot. This note is important because a good lunch menu relies not only on quality but also on reliability and predictable availability. ([genusswelt.info](https://www.genusswelt.info/pf/restaurant/?utm_source=openai))
Another advantage is the ability to view the weekly menu online. This way, one can check in advance what dishes are currently or will be offered in the coming week. This reduces uncertainty and makes the lunch break more efficient, especially if you want to eat with colleagues or are specifically looking for a vegetarian or easily digestible option. The restaurant positions itself not as a random daily venue but as a reliable place for fresh cuisine with a changing character. The fact that the lunch menu is consciously focused on weekdays also strengthens the profile: it is not about a random permanent offer but about a clear, high-quality lunch experience in everyday work life. For search queries regarding lunch menu, menu, reservations, and opening hours, this is particularly relevant because users have very specific expectations of this type of location. ([genusswelt.info](https://www.genusswelt.info/pf/restaurant/?utm_source=openai))
Gourmet Market, Shop, and Vouchers: Seeberger Variety to Take Away
The gourmet market is the shopping experience of the Seeberger Genusswelt and a strong argument for anyone looking for shop, gift, or online voucher themes. Officially, the tasteful world of Seeberger is presented there with around 130 different products. The assortment includes nuts and dried fruits, coffee and tea specialties, as well as selected regional specialties like honey, liqueurs, seeds, and high-quality oils. Additionally, there are delicatessen products, accessories, cookbooks, and individual gourmet gifts. Particularly attractive for spontaneous buyers is the gift service: lovingly assembled gift packages can be created from the assortment, and there is a promotional shelf with changing bargains, damaged goods, and items with a shortened shelf life. This way, the gourmet market combines shopping, tasting, and gifts in one space. ([genusswelt.info](https://www.genusswelt.info/pf/Genussmarkt/))
The topic of vouchers is also closely associated with the location. In the gourmet market, vouchers worth 15 euros and 25 euros are available, which can be redeemed in the gourmet market, café, or for the lunch menu. Additionally, the website offers a ticket and voucher shop where vouchers for the café, gourmet market, and restaurant can be purchased online and printed directly at home; event vouchers are also offered. This is particularly convenient for visitors when a gift is needed on short notice or when one wants to give an experience instead of a physical item. The combination of a physical shop, online vouchers, and event offers significantly enhances the visibility of search terms like shop, voucher, online shop, and menu. From an SEO perspective, this is important because many users not only consume but also consciously search for souvenirs, gifts, and flexible value vouchers. ([genusswelt.info](https://www.genusswelt.info/pf/Genussmarkt/))
Brunch, Cooking Classes, and Conferences: Events with Experience Factor
The Seeberger Genusswelt clearly positions itself as an event location with a culinary focus. The event page lists various formats such as gala dinners, matinées, Mother's Day brunches, and creative gourmet events. A special example is the gourmet brunch with front cooking: here, fresh baked goods, regional sausage and cheese specialties, and freshly prepared dishes from the grill come together. The format includes breakfast classics, seasonal specialties, individually prepared scrambled eggs and pancakes, grill specialties with sides, as well as Seeberger coffee and Samova tea specialties. According to the official post, the brunch is scheduled from 9 AM to 2 PM and costs 69 euros per person, with discounts for children. For those searching for brunch in Ulm, gourmet brunch, or front cooking, this is a very strong signal because the location offers not just a meal but a staged enjoyment experience. ([genusswelt.info](https://www.genusswelt.info/pf/events/?utm_source=openai))
In addition, cooking classes are a focal point. The Genusswelt describes its cooking school as a modern environment for small groups with a maximum of 12 participants. The offerings range from after-work cooking classes as a 3-course menu in the evening to larger gourmet cooking classes as a 4-course experience during the day. Various themes are mentioned, such as pasta, French cuisine, low-carb and keto, Swabian cuisine, fish and shellfish, cooking with beer, or everyday dishes. Particularly valuable is the personal character: a master chef accompanies the participants, cooking is actively involved, and the event aims at inspiration, technique, and shared experience. In parallel, the Seeberger Genusswelt offers conference rooms with flexible seating, daylight, ventilation systems, and modern technology. The official event overview lists six rooms ranging from 39 to 563 square meters, theater seating for up to 180 people, and receptions for up to 300 people. This makes the location suitable for both small meetings and larger corporate celebrations, training sessions, or hybrid formats. ([genusswelt.info](https://www.genusswelt.info/neu-exklusive-seeberger-kochkurse-in-der-kochschule-der-seeberger-genusswelt-in-ulm/))
This mix of events, learning, and culinary experiences makes the Seeberger Genusswelt uniquely content-rich. Those looking for just a brunch will find a high-quality offer. Those wishing to book a cooking class will receive a small group format with personal guidance. Those planning a corporate event can rely on flexible rooms, in-house or external catering options, and good technical equipment. The platform of the Genusswelt is thus not just a place to eat but also a place to network, celebrate, and educate. Search terms like brunch, cooking class, events, conferences, and reservations are therefore not side topics but core components of the location profile. For users, this creates a clear added value: they can see at a glance whether the location is more suitable for a spontaneous visit, a gift, a team evening, or a professional event. ([genusswelt.info](https://www.genusswelt.info/pf/individuelles-event/?utm_source=openai))
Directions, Parking, and History: The Seeberger Genusswelt in Ulm
The location of the Seeberger Genusswelt is very convenient for visitors. The location is at Hans-Lorenser-Straße 20 in 89079 Ulm, in the south of the twin city of Ulm/Neu-Ulm and directly along the Danube cycling path. The event data indicates good transport connections, free parking, 75 parking spaces, as well as barrier-free infrastructure with accessible restrooms, disabled parking, and wheelchair access. Additionally, bus stops, the main train station, and motorway connections are mentioned as being within a manageable distance. E-charging stations for cars and e-bikes are also mentioned on the about us page, making the location even more interesting for sustainable and practical arrivals. ([genusswelt.info](https://www.genusswelt.info/))
The history of the brand gives the location additional depth. Christoph Seeberger opened a colonial goods trade in Ulm in 1844, from which a modern family business developed over many decades. The official history describes the Genusswelt for the year 2021 as a place where the entire brand world can be experienced: from the gourmet market to the in-house café and restaurant to conference, training, and meeting rooms. Thus, the location is not only a gastronomic address but also a showcase of corporate identity. The combination of history, innovation, and brand presence is palpable for visitors when they shop, have breakfast, or attend an event on-site. The Seeberger Genusswelt translates the long company history into a modern experience format that makes the company's brand presence visible, tangible, and bookable. This mix of tradition and present is a key reason why the location in Ulm is so highly sought after in digital search behavior. ([gruppe.seeberger.de](https://gruppe.seeberger.de/de/ueber-uns/historie/))
Therefore, those visiting the Seeberger Genusswelt experience not just a café or a shop but a consciously designed world of enjoyment with many levels of use. In the morning, breakfast is the focus, at noon the restaurant visit, followed perhaps by a short stop in the gourmet market or a gift voucher for the next occasion. On weekends, brunch, family outings, coffee on the terrace, or an event are added. For companies, conference rooms and event spaces open up additional possibilities, and those interested in courses can try something new in the cooking school or at gourmet formats. This creates a location that is useful in everyday life and at the same time experience-oriented. This is exactly what makes it so interesting from an SEO perspective: it covers several strong search intentions simultaneously without losing its identity. The Seeberger Genusswelt is a place for enjoyment, encounters, and planning, and it is precisely this combination that makes a visit in Ulm worthwhile.
Wouldn't recommend this place for vegans. Even when you reserve a table and notify them of food restrictions in advance. Thought it was a shame as I celebrated my 40th Birthday there and wanted it to be special for everyone. Notified the waiter that I was a bit disappointed before leaving. He couldn't care less.. oh well. 🤷♀️ Toilets were clean and location is lovely.
