Very questionable approach for a municipal music school. The contract is signed months before classes start, which is confusing. Which teacher is teaching, whether the chemistry is right, etc. is still completely unknown. Once the child starts, there is no trial period, and you have to pay for the entire year if it doesn't work out.

Promises a lot, delivers little. Due to the existing waiting list, there's no need to be customer-oriented. Comes off as arrogant.
