Liederkranz Ulm | Program & Tickets 2026

The Liederkranz Ulm is located in Friedrichsau, Ulm's large park area with over two centuries of history, developed as a recreational area since 1811 and today features old trees, small lakes, play and sports areas, as well as several beer gardens. The Liederkranz itself sees itself as a cultural beer garden with a large dome stage, beer garden atmosphere, and the aim of revitalizing the listed facility in the long term. This mix of park, culture, and summer evenings makes the location so attractive for visitors looking for more than just a classic dining address. ([ulm.de](https://www.ulm.de/leben-in-ulm/freizeit-und-sport/ausfl%C3%BCge-und-natur/garten-und-parks/die-friedrichsau))

Program 2026: Concerts, Day Parties, and Culture under Chestnuts

Those looking for the Liederkranz Ulm program 2026 will find a clear focus on open-air formats that connect the beer garden and stage on the official site. The calendar ranges from the Taste Street Food Festival and River Downstream Season Start to Spring Rave and Decadance, as well as concerts, family formats, and international themed evenings. The musical range is also broad: Funk & Soul, Afro & Hip-Hop, Classic Rock, Techno & House, or local live acts appear in the calendar, as do collaborations with art and culture partners from the region. Practically, this means: The Liederkranz is not a place for a rigid standard program, but a location that continually engages its visitors with new formats. ([liederkranz-ulm.de](https://www.liederkranz-ulm.de/programm/))

Especially important for SEO searches around events is the mix of clarity and variety. The program page shows that individual dates are explicitly marked as free entry, while others are marked with entry fees, advance sales, or ticket notes. Thus, the Liederkranz Ulm is equally interesting for spontaneous summer evenings as for planned concert visits. Additionally, the uniqueness of the ambiance comes into play: The homepage announces a diverse cultural program on the large dome stage, accompanied by local favorite bands, DJ sets, classical music, children's theater, flea markets, and street food. This range explains why terms like events, today, program 2026, or program 2025 are so closely linked to the location. ([liederkranz-ulm.de](https://www.liederkranz-ulm.de/?utm_source=openai))

The tone of the program is also notably relaxed and inviting. The Liederkranz describes its season as culture under chestnuts and emphasizes that there is always warm food and cold drinks during events. This fits well with the role of the place in Friedrichsau: park during the day, stage in the evening, and beer garden in between. So, when someone searches for liederkranz ulm today, they usually mean not just a single event, but an experience of music, food, sitting outside, and summer vibes. This combination is particularly relevant for Google and social searches because it describes not just a date but an entire place with experiential value. Tickets, Prices, and Reservations at Liederkranz Ulm

Regarding Liederkranz Ulm tickets, it quickly becomes clear that the location hosts differently organized events. The program page features free dates as well as evenings with entry fees or advance sales. An example is Decadance with advance sale notice, while other program points are marked as free entry. On a municipal event page for the Liederkranz, a ticket note from an external ticket platform is also mentioned for a show. This is typical for open cultural venues: Not every event runs the same way, and that is why the ticket and reservation area is particularly important for visitors. ([liederkranz-ulm.de](https://www.liederkranz-ulm.de/programm/))

For private visits, the official website provides clear guidance: Reservations are accepted via email the day before for groups of 10 or more. This is especially practical for birthdays, family gatherings, cycling clubs, or after-work rounds. Those planning a larger event, such as a corporate party, wedding, or anniversary evening, will even find a note on the site that the team offers support in planning and execution. Thus, the Liederkranz is not only a stage for culture but also an uncomplicated reservation and event location for groups wanting to celebrate outdoors. ([liederkranz-ulm.de](https://www.liederkranz-ulm.de/))

In conjunction with the program, a useful SEO hint emerges: Search queries for tickets, reservations, programs, or events often lead to the same user intent. Many want to know not just when something takes place but also how they can participate. The Liederkranz responds with a mix of open formats, advance sales for selected events, and direct group inquiries. For the location, this means: less distance between program and audience, more spontaneous visits, and at the same time enough structure for planable evenings. ([liederkranz-ulm.de](https://www.liederkranz-ulm.de/programm/))

Directions, Map, and Parking at Friedrichsau 9

The directions to Liederkranz Ulm are described pleasantly concretely. By bike, the official site recommends the Danube Cycle Path from the city center towards the East City; at the pedestrian bridge Donausteg, one should turn into the park and continue past the beer garden Teutonia and the kindergarten until the large gate of the Liederkranz becomes visible. On foot, a walk through Friedrichsau is recommended, along the Danube to the volleyball field or the old bear pit, then into the park. This not only appears friendly but also makes the location easily findable for search queries like map or directions because the paths are explained intuitively and park-related. ([liederkranz-ulm.de](https://www.liederkranz-ulm.de/))

Public transport access is also strong. The official directions mention line 1 towards Böfingen, which stops practically at the doorstep; the Wohnpark Friedrichsau stop is explicitly recommended. The municipal Friedrichsau page adds that the park is very well accessible via tram line 1, with the stops Donauhalle, Wohnpark Friedrichsau, and Donaustadion serving as orientation points. Thus, the location is easily reachable for guests from Ulm and Neu-Ulm as well as for visitors traveling to a concert, flea market, or street food event. ([liederkranz-ulm.de](https://www.liederkranz-ulm.de/))

Parking is also realistically and concretely solved. The city of Ulm refers for Friedrichsau to the parking lot of the Ulm Messe at the Donauhalle as well as to the motorhome parking lot at the Donaustadion. The Liederkranz website additionally explains how to drive towards East City and the exhibition grounds and where the first turn to the parking lot is located. For guests, this means: The location is situated in greenery but is by no means isolated. Especially for events with larger audiences, such as concerts or corporate parties, this combination of park proximity and public transport connection is a clear advantage. ([ulm.de](https://www.ulm.de/leben-in-ulm/freizeit-und-sport/ausfl%C3%BCge-und-natur/garten-und-parks/die-friedrichsau))

The Friedrichsau itself is freely accessible and is considered the largest park in Ulm. It has been developed over a long time as a recreational and event space and is a destination for walks, family outings, and evening programs with its paths, lakes, play and sports areas. So, when someone searches for liederkranz ulm map, they usually mean not just an address but the embedding of the beer garden in a larger park context. This makes the approach so pleasant: One does not arrive at an isolated hall but in a green setting that creates atmosphere even before the first drink. ([ulm.de](https://www.ulm.de/leben-in-ulm/freizeit-und-sport/ausfl%C3%BCge-und-natur/garten-und-parks/die-friedrichsau))

Menu, Organic Beer, and Dining in the Cultural Beer Garden

The menu of Liederkranz Ulm is geared towards uncomplicated beer garden and cultural operations. The homepage explicitly mentions fries, cheese spaetzle, halloumi, and vegan burgers as examples of the cuisine. The food and drink flyer adds Swabian classics such as Maultaschen, vegetarian Maultaschen, cheese spaetzle with or without melted onions, Schwabenteller, and various salads. Additionally, there are Seelen, rosemary fries, and other daily specials depending on availability. For search queries related to menu, this is ideal because the selection clearly shows that the Liederkranz appeals to both classic beer garden guests and vegetarian and flexible visitors. ([liederkranz-ulm.de](https://www.liederkranz-ulm.de/))

Particularly striking is the selection of drinks. The website highlights the organic beer from Clemens Härle from Leutkirch, and the flyer lists among others Härle Helles, Härle Radler, Härle Weizen, unfiltered beer varieties, non-alcoholic options, house wine, organic sodas, and classic soft drinks. This positions the Liederkranz consciously between regional quality, beer garden culture, and modern summer dining. The cocktail and spritz menu with Aperol Spritz, Lillet Berry, Prosecco on ice, wine spritzer, Caipirinha, Mojito, or Cuba Libre fits exactly with this open, summery profile. For visitors looking for a location with real gastronomy rather than just event sales, this is a strong plus. ([liederkranz-ulm.de](https://www.liederkranz-ulm.de/))

The opening hours further emphasize the beer garden character: Fridays from 5 PM, Saturdays from 4 PM, and Sundays and holidays from 3 PM, in addition to special openings during events. This is important because the Liederkranz functions not only as a concert venue but also as a classic meeting point for after-work beer, weekend aperitivo, or family visits. The official website describes the place as suitable for older guests as well as for little ones, for self-service enjoyment as well as for assistance from the team. This mix of offerings, location, and public accessibility explains why the search for gastronomy around the Liederkranz is so strong. ([liederkranz-ulm.de](https://www.liederkranz-ulm.de/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/folder-speisen-getraenke-2024_3.pdf))

For search engine optimization, it is also relevant that the offer does not appear sterile but is clearly staged as a summer location. The flyer emphasizes that purchasing drinks supports the cultural beer garden and that without the guests, a free & outdoor program would not be possible. This is not only friendly but also shows the economic connection between gastronomy and culture. So, when visiting the Liederkranz, one pays not only for food and drink but also supports an open event model that utilizes Friedrichsau as a vibrant city park. ([liederkranz-ulm.de](https://www.liederkranz-ulm.de/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/folder-speisen-getraenke-2024_3.pdf))

Flea Markets, Street Food, and International Festivals at Liederkranz

The keyword combination of liederkranz ulm flea market and liederkranz ulm street food fits very well with the self-image of the place. Already on the homepage, flea markets, street food, and international festivals with local associations are mentioned as recurring formats. This is important for content planning because the location goes far beyond classic concerts and also becomes relevant for leisure, family, and community searches. Those looking for an open, uncomplicated open-air venue will find in the Liederkranz a mix of culture, culinary delights, and neighborhood programs. ([liederkranz-ulm.de](https://www.liederkranz-ulm.de/?utm_source=openai))

Concrete examples are provided by the 2026 program: The Taste Street Food Festival opens the season, followed by further formats with music, culinary delights, and encounters. Additionally, Portuguese days with music, culinary offerings, and culture, as well as a Ukrainian afternoon, are announced. This combination of food, music, and community involvement is typical for the Liederkranz and makes it particularly attractive for people looking for not just a restaurant but an open cultural venue with changing themes. Street food here is not just an addition but a real program signal. ([liederkranz-ulm.de](https://www.liederkranz-ulm.de/programm/))

The flea market is also not a theoretical buzzword but a concrete event. A flea market at the Liederkranz is announced for May 31, 2026, featuring clothes, bric-a-brac, food, and DJ music. Such formats provide the right environment for search queries related to photos, today, or events, as they showcase the place in a lively everyday scene: relaxed, sunny, social, and with many small stalls instead of a large fair atmosphere. For SEO, this means that the Liederkranz should be understood not only as a stage but also as a meeting point for everyday culture. ([einsingen.ulm.de](https://einsingen.ulm.de/global/datenpool/veranstaltungen/2026/04/23/11/06/flohmarkt-im-liederkranz-52256?utm_source=openai))

When summarizing all this, it becomes clear: The Liederkranz Ulm serves a special niche between cultural beer garden, community venue, family event, and summer market. This is why terms like flea market, street food, events, or 2026 work so well together. The place is not limited to a single target group but connects culinary offerings, music, and outdoor feeling into an open format that feels different each time while remaining recognizable. ([liederkranz-ulm.de](https://www.liederkranz-ulm.de/?utm_source=openai))

Capacity, Stage, and Corporate Events in the Green

For corporate parties, private celebrations, and larger open-air formats, the capacity of Liederkranz Ulm is a decisive advantage. The official corporate event page mentions over 1,000 square meters of outdoor space, 350 seats, and up to 800 standing guests. Additionally, there is a stage, bar, and kitchen, making the location flexible for summer parties, brand events, or larger social occasions. These key figures are also relevant for search queries related to capacity, location, or space offerings, as they show that the Liederkranz is not only charming but also robust for events. ([liederkranz-ulm.de](https://www.liederkranz-ulm.de/firmenfeier/))

The location is consciously described as a place with character, history, and charm. The page refers to the picturesque location in the city park and the listed buildings that provide the framework for different event ideas. Among other things, stylish open-air parties with beach party atmosphere, alternative festivals with artistic decoration, or smaller experiential worlds for different age groups are mentioned. This shows how broadly the Liederkranz is conceived: not as a rigid event hall but as a versatile open space that can be staged differently depending on the occasion. ([liederkranz-ulm.de](https://www.liederkranz-ulm.de/firmenfeier/))

This versatility is also important for private reservations. The homepage explicitly mentions birthdays, family gatherings, cycling clubs, and after-work beers, as well as larger events such as corporate parties, weddings, and anniversaries. Thus, the Liederkranz covers a wide spectrum from small to large groups. For visitors, this is a good signal because it shows that the location is not only intended for public events but also for individual celebrations with a personal touch. ([liederkranz-ulm.de](https://www.liederkranz-ulm.de/))

Together with the open cultural program, a clear profile emerges: The Liederkranz Ulm is an open-air location that understands itself as a beer garden, event venue, family place, and corporate party address at the same time. So, when someone searches for photos, map, tickets, or opening hours, they are actually landing at a place that combines many uses. This diversity makes the location so SEO-strong because it is not optimized for just one occasion but for the entire range of summer city and event culture in Ulm. The venue is pretty awesome, in the middle of the park. Food and drink wise, it's a tad more "sophisticated" than a traditional beer garden. There is live music on a regular basis but given the configuration of the place, whether you want to chat or to enjoy the music, all configurations are possible. There is a playground for kids and a skatepark as well. 10/10 will come back.

Awesome party location with a variety of different artists and parties. Friendly staff. An alright selection of drinks, but there's never Weißbier although it's on the list. A bit on the expensive side, but not outrageous yet.

Good mix of music at different times, family friendly and the customers are a mix of family, friends younger people and those of us that aren't so young. My favorite Biergarten.

Has potential, not yet realised. It’s not open enough and when it is, there isn’t enough live music. Would be the perfect venue for an open mic.
