([theater-neu-ulm.de](https://www.theater-neu-ulm.de/cmsroot/impressum/?utm_source=openai))
Schedule, current plays, and booking
Those looking for the schedule of the AuGuSTheater Neu-Ulm will find the quickest entry into the current program on the official website. The homepage clearly highlights the ongoing season and displays the respective productions with direct references to tickets and further information. Currently, productions such as Kleine Schritte, Mords-Kolleginnen, and Weiber with specific performance dates are visible; additionally, the site invites direct access to tickets. This structure is particularly practical for visitors, as they do not have to search long but can immediately see what will be played next. For a house of manageable size and close contact with the audience, this direct presentation of the program is just right, as it leads without detours from curiosity to booking. ([theater-neu-ulm.de](https://theater-neu-ulm.de/?utm_source=openai))
The schedule is more than just a list of dates. It serves as a central orientation page for anyone looking for a specific date, a particular play, or a quick ticket decision. This fits the profile of the house, which, according to its own self-presentation, wants to be a place of experience for everyone and provides immediately understandable paths to booking on the website. At the same time, a glance at the previous and current materials shows that the theater spans a wide range: regional reporting and its own material mention comedies, musicals, and literary premieres. This is part of the appeal: the schedule promises no interchangeable routine, but changing formats, clear titles, and direct communication with the audience. Thus, the search term schedule becomes no abstract SEO word, but a real visit decision with little hurdle and high utility value. ([theater-neu-ulm.de](https://theater-neu-ulm.de/cmsroot/pdf/AuGuSTheater-im-Interview-mit-Neu-Ulmer-Zeitung-Sommer-09.pdf))
Tickets, box office, and pricing structure
When it comes to tickets, the AuGuSTheater Neu-Ulm is also very clearly organized. According to the official box office information, tickets can be booked online through the schedule, and there is also a telephone contact at 0731 55 34 12. Those who prefer to buy spontaneously can purchase tickets directly during the first 15 minutes of box office opening on performance days; additionally, the theater box opens one hour before the performance begins on show days. This combination of online booking, telephone consultation, and classic on-site sales is particularly user-friendly for a house of this size, as it caters to both planning enthusiasts and last-minute decision-makers. ([theater-neu-ulm.de](https://www.theater-neu-ulm.de/cmsroot/informationen-zum-thema-kasse/?utm_source=openai))
The pricing structure is also transparently presented. The cultural platform lists the following categories for the theater Neu-Ulm: rows 1 to 6 for 28 euros, rows 7 to 10 for 25 euros, students and BuFDis for 12 euros, and Lobbycard holders and tax card holders for 10 euros. The official site additionally emphasizes that one can see well from all seats in the theater Neu-Ulm. This is an important point for guests who pay attention to price and visibility when purchasing tickets. For inquiries regarding tickets, prices, and the box office, the house is well positioned: those who want to book find clear paths; those who want to compare recognize the categories immediately; and those who value clarity receive an understandable structure without unnecessary complexity. This increases the likelihood that an online search quickly turns into a real theater reservation. ([kultur-in-ulm.de](https://www.kultur-in-ulm.de/veranstalter/theater-neu-ulm/))
Directions, parking, and public transport
The approach to the AuGuSTheater Neu-Ulm is another plus for visitors. The theater is centrally located at Theaterplatz in Hermann-Köhl-Straße 3, and according to the official directions, there are parking options directly around the house in the adjacent streets. Particularly practical: from 8 PM and all day on Sundays, the otherwise paid parking spaces can be used for free, and resident parking spaces may also be used during these times. As a particularly safe and uncomplicated solution, the theater recommends the underground garage under Petrusplatz. This is open around the clock, and from 7 PM, a cultural rate of 2 euros applies. For those unfamiliar with the area, the website even describes the specific walking route from the Neu-Ulmer Eck exit via stairs or elevator to Petrusplatz and Hermann-Köhl-Straße. For guests arriving by car, this is a huge advantage, as they do not have to navigate complicated city logistics first. ([theater-neu-ulm.de](https://theater-neu-ulm.de/cmsroot/anfahrt/parken/?utm_source=openai))
The location is also easily accessible by public transport. The cultural platform mentions city bus lines 7 and 5 for the theater Neu-Ulm. Together with the location at Theaterplatz, this results in an arrival experience that is very pleasant for an evening visit: short distances, urban connections, and a theater that fits into a vibrant environment. This is particularly relevant for visitors from Ulm, Neu-Ulm, and the surrounding area, as a cultural evening, city stroll, and restaurant visit can be easily combined. The fact that the underground garage is located right next door and the street is clearly described also shows that the theater considers visitor guidance. Therefore, those searching for parking, directions, or public transport not only receive a rough indication but a concrete, practical solution. This improves the visitor experience even before the first applause. ([kultur-in-ulm.de](https://www.kultur-in-ulm.de/veranstalter/theater-neu-ulm/))
History, profile, and artistic concept
The history of the location is closely linked to the historic concert hall. An official press portrait describes that the Neu-Ulm concert hall was built in 1901, had a usable area of 300 square meters and a gallery of 60 square meters, and was already equipped with steam heating and electric lighting at that time. In its early use, the building served as a ballroom and event venue, later also as a meeting place for various social and political contexts. This complexity makes the place exciting to this day, as it is experienced not as a sterile new stage but as a grown cultural address. The historical material also shows that the building in Neu-Ulm was perceived early on as a prominent hall building and played various roles in city life over the decades. ([theater-neu-ulm.de](https://theater-neu-ulm.de/cmsroot/pdf/konzertsaal-portrait.pdf))
For the theater history of the present, it is important that new artistic momentum returned to the building in 1987 and that the AuGuSTheater Neu-Ulm later built on this development. In an interview from 2009, Claudia Riese and Heinz Koch explain that they have been enlivening the region for more than a decade with comedies, musicals, and literary premieres. The website names both as the management of the theater, and additionally describes the house as a member of the German Stage Association and as being supported by the city, district, and Free State of Bavaria. Furthermore, there is regional anchoring: the ensemble and its work are not intended as a one-way project but as a permanent theater offering with its own profile. Therefore, those searching for history, background, and special features will find a credible mix of architectural past, established performance tradition, and today's professionally managed stage work. ([theater-neu-ulm.de](https://theater-neu-ulm.de/cmsroot/pdf/AuGuSTheater-im-Interview-mit-Neu-Ulmer-Zeitung-Sommer-09.pdf))
Seating, atmosphere, and service
An important search term around the AuGuSTheater Neu-Ulm is the seating plan, and here too the official box office information provides useful hints. It explicitly states that one can see well from all seats in the theater Neu-Ulm. Online, tickets are not sold by individual rows or fixed seats but in two categories without seat assignment. Only when purchasing directly at the box office are specific seats assigned. This type of ticketing fits well with a house that focuses on closeness and clarity, as it reduces complexity and makes booking uncomplicated. For guests, this means: no long study of complicated seating plans, but clear orientation that quickly leads to a visit. Especially in a private stage with a compact spatial feeling, this solution makes sense, as the focus is more on the shared theater experience than on choosing individual premium seats. ([theater-neu-ulm.de](https://www.theater-neu-ulm.de/cmsroot/informationen-zum-thema-kasse/?utm_source=openai))
The atmosphere of the house thus consciously feels intimate and audience-oriented. The cultural platform describes the theater as a professional private stage that is firmly anchored in the cityscape and regularly attracts visitors from afar. This results in a place where theater is not experienced as a mass event but as a concentrated evening. The combination of good visibility, a manageable house, clear ticket logic, and a central location creates for many guests exactly the mixture one expects from a successful theater evening: short distances, little friction, and direct access to what is happening on stage. So, those searching for seating plans, seats, or atmosphere are often truly looking for whether the evening feels easy and pleasant. The house's indications clearly speak for a resounding yes. ([kultur-in-ulm.de](https://www.kultur-in-ulm.de/veranstalter/theater-neu-ulm/))
Guest performances, repertoire, and regional significance
The AuGuSTheater Neu-Ulm is not only a fixed venue but is also open to guest performances and special formats. The website explicitly states that the AuGuSTheater can be exclusively engaged for corporate events or private occasions such as birthdays and weddings. The programs are coordinated together with the organizer, and the team can perform both in its own house and on-site at the client's location. This is particularly relevant for inquiries about guest performances, as it shows that the term does not only refer to the regular stage program but also to flexible event usage. For companies, associations, or private hosts, this creates an additional option to bring a theater experience into a special setting. ([theater-neu-ulm.de](https://www.theater-neu-ulm.de/gastspiele.html?utm_source=openai))
Regionally, the house is also well positioned. The tourism page of the district of Neu-Ulm describes the theater as a place that has long established a reputation and attracts theater lovers from the entire region between Stuttgart and Augsburg. This perception aligns with the house's self-presentation as a place of experience and the current program selection, which is immediately visible on the website. Those searching for events, comedies, tickets, or a vibrant cultural place in Neu-Ulm thus receive a location that is more than just an address: it is an established part of the cultural identity of the city. This is precisely where the SEO value of the AuGuSTheater Neu-Ulm lies, but also its real added value for visitors. It is a place where history, closeness, professional organization, and entertaining repertoire converge in a single venue. Why did we actually go to this small theater for the first time? We should have come sooner. We'll definitely be back. "Old Love" has depth and humor, and if one of us dies, I'll move to Paris! Thank you so much for a wonderful evening of theater!

We saw the play "Weiber" and had a lot of fun with our group of girls! It deals with everyday topics that everyone can relate to. Very nice! ☺️👍

We had a wonderful, incredibly funny evening at "Weiber" at the Neu-Ulm Theatre! We laughed until we cried :) A small, charming, almost intimate theatre! We'd love to come back!

I spent a weekend "alone" in Neu-Ulm, as my husband was there on a business trip with an evening program, and I accompanied him. Because of this, I bought a ticket for the theater and was absolutely delighted. It's a charming and authentic little theater where I felt very comfortable even without company. They were performing "mach mir die Weihnachtsfliege" (Make Me the Christmas Fly), which had me laughing out loud several times! Since I'm from Northern Germany, I had some difficulty understanding a few of the Bavarian idioms, but this didn't detract from the plot at all and actually added to the atmosphere. I would definitely go again if I'm ever in the area and can highly recommend the play 😊
