Pausing and Inner Clarity in Buddhist Meditation
When everyday life quiets down, space is created for mindfulness, reflection, and a conscious encounter with oneself. At the Buddhist Meditation in the Buddhist Center Ulm/Neu-Ulm, participants experience a German-guided joint practice in a peaceful atmosphere.
Arriving Together and Meditating
The meditation begins on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at 8 PM. The focus is on the guided meditation on the 16th Karmapa, a central practice in the Diamond Way Buddhism of the Karma Kagyü lineage. The approximately 30-minute meditation supports concentration, mental clarity, and mindful perception.
Buddhist Spirituality in the Karma Kagyü Tradition
The Karma Kagyü is one of the major schools of Tibetan Buddhism and places particular emphasis on meditation, direct oral transmission, and guidance from experienced practitioners. The Buddhist Center Ulm/Neu-Ulm has been in existence since 1995 and offers regular meditation evenings as well as introductions to Diamond Way Buddhism.
Open for Newcomers and Interested Parties
Everyone is warmly invited to participate in the joint meditation. No prior knowledge is required. The open spiritual community provides an opportunity to learn about Buddhist faith practices, ask questions, and experience a personal faith encounter in a respectful environment.
An Evening of Quiet and Connection
The calm atmosphere of the center creates a conscious counterpoint to daily unrest. Mindfulness, prayer, meditation, and joint practice combine to create a religious experience that fosters inner focus and a sense of community.
The Buddhist meditation in Neu-Ulm invites you to let your mind find peace and directly experience the practice of Diamond Way Buddhism. Experience the evening live at the Buddhist Center Ulm/Neu-Ulm and discover an open space for reflection, spirituality, and encounter.
