Groove on Ice brings the Oldies Night to the ice
On Friday, November 6, 2026, the ice sports facility of Donaubad in Neu-Ulm will be transformed into an extraordinary dance floor on skates. At Groove on Ice, legendary disco hits meet real ice fun and a party atmosphere that evokes memories of great club nights.
The biggest hits from three decades
The musical party line-up spans the 80s, 90s, and 2000s. Michael Jackson, ABBA, and legendary dancefloor anthems provide the soundtrack for an evening filled with disco, funk, soul, pop, and dance classics. Instead of current charts, songs that have shaped generations take center stage, inviting immediate singing and dancing.
Club experience on skates
The ice sports facility will become a special dance floor: ice skates replace dancing shoes, while beats and lights transform the hall into a winter club setting. The result is an unusual club experience with flowing movements, an exuberant crowd, and a dancefloor vibe that clearly stands out from traditional party locations.
Oldies Night for the whole group
Groove on Ice is aimed at everyone from 30 to 60 plus and brings back the vibe of legendary clubs like Westside, Tangente, Pyramide, and La Cave. Old friend groups, long-time dance partners, and fans of timeless music will find the perfect setting for a joint party night filled with nostalgia, energy, and lots of good cheer.
Conclusion: Nostalgia meets ice disco
Those who love disco classics and want to experience a party in a special setting will find at Groove on Ice the perfect mix of music, movement, and memories. Gather your group, grab your skates, and experience the Oldies Night live on the ice at Donaubad.
