Young Talents, Great Sound Moments: The Scholarship Concert in Vöhringen
On Saturday, October 17, 2026, the Scholarship Concert of the Albert-Eckstein-Foundation will inaugurate the new season of the Vöhringen Cultural Subscription. In the Wolfgang-Eychmüller-Haus cultural center, highly gifted young musicians from various countries will meet exceptional string instruments and an attentive audience.
Virtuosity Meets the Sound of Valuable String Instruments
The Albert-Eckstein-Foundation was founded in 2005 by Rolf Eckstein and supports young musicians by providing them with high-quality string instruments. At the concert in Vöhringen, these instruments will come to life during a classical concert evening: with precise intonation, nuanced dynamics, and a stage performance that combines technical sovereignty with musical expression.
International Young Talents Under Experienced Leadership
The musical direction will be taken by Alexander Grotov, principal of the Louis Spohr Chamber Orchestra and member of the State Orchestra of Kassel. Tamilla Guliyeva will accompany on the piano. Announced participants include Serbian cellists Zeljko and Dragos Tamburic as well as the only 15-year-old Burlafinger violinist Viktoria Höck.
The young scholarship holders are among the winners of national and international competitions. Their contributions connect chamber musical sensitivity with the energy of a generation that interprets classical music with a fresh approach. In the upper foyer of the Wolfgang-Eychmüller-Haus, a concentrated live atmosphere will be created, where every bow stroke, every tonal nuance, and every synchronization in the interplay become immediately palpable.
A Special Concert Evening in the Wolfgang-Eychmüller-Haus
The Wolfgang-Eychmüller-Haus cultural center is regarded as the cultural hub of Vöhringen and the surrounding region. Its modern, spacious architecture creates a fitting setting for an evening where musical precision and personal closeness come together. The audience can expect not an ordinary young talent concert, but a meeting with extraordinary talents and instruments of special value.
Conclusion: Classical Music Up Close and Looking to the Future
The Scholarship Concert of the Albert-Eckstein-Foundation promises an evening full of concentrated sound moments, international perspectives, and impressive young music. Anyone wishing to experience how young musicians conquer the stage with great dedication and technical brilliance will find an impressive concert experience here. The date is already sold out.
