Il Civetto brings Berlin Global-Pop to Ulm

On Saturday, October 17, 2026, the ROXY Ulm will transform into a vibrant meeting point for open-minded indie pop: Il Civetto will perform as part of the Album Tour 2026 in the Werkhalle. The concert starts at 8:00 PM.

Between street music and big stage energy

The story of Il Civetto begins where music is created immediately: at jam sessions in Berlin's U-Bahn and S-Bahn. From spontaneous performances, a band developed with a distinctive sound that combines pop, Balkan, folk, swing, and electronic influences into a danceable global pop.

A sound that transcends borders

At the center are warm grooves, multilingual lyrics, and a dynamic stage performance. Saxophone, clarinet, keyboards, guitar, bass, and drums interlock and create a colorful orchestration between club night, street festival, and festival stage. The live atmosphere thrives on direct audience proximity, rhythmic synchronization, and a sound that gets people moving from the very first beat.

New songs, new stories

With their fifth album Träume aus Lava, Il Civetto opens a new chapter in 2026. The current music continues the band’s idea: open, melodic, and full of stylistic twists. Songs like magst du and du bist schön (memo) represent a new creative phase, while familiar pieces from Späti del Sol and Liebe auf Eis connect the concert evening with familiar hooks and summery lightness.

From Berlin clubs to international festival stages

Il Civetto has already played at renowned events such as the Montreux Jazz Festival, the Fusion Festival, MS Dockville, Deichbrand, and Summerjam. The album Späti del Sol reached number 41 in the German album charts, while Liebe auf Eis entered the Top 20 in 2024. Träume aus Lava even made it to number 9 in the German charts in 2026.

Support: Juli Gilde

At ROXY, Il Civetto will be accompanied by Juli Gilde. The evening thus connects two exciting perspectives on contemporary pop and creates the right tension arc for an energetic album tour.

What the audience can expect at ROXY

The concert promises warm lighting moods, driving rhythms, and an audience atmosphere that alternates between focused listening and carefree dancing.
