Giora Feidman brings hope to Neu-Ulm with FOR A BETTER WORLD
On Sunday, November 8, 2026, the Edwin-Scharff-Haus in Neu-Ulm will become a resonance space for peace, humanity, and optimism. Giora Feidman presents the concert program FOR A BETTER WORLD with music by Iranian composer Majid Montazer – an evening that combines clarinet artistry, cultural openness, and a strong message of peace.
Clarinet meets Persian sound colors
At the center are Montazer's compositions, which blend classical structures with Persian sound colors, spiritual depth, and emotional directness. Giora Feidman's clarinet gives these musical thoughts a distinctive voice: warm, rich in nuances, and compelling.
Following the successful programs Friendship and Revolution of Love, Feidman and Montazer continue their artistic collaboration. More than 250,000 concert attendees have experienced the previous programs. FOR A BETTER WORLD continues this musical mission and focuses on a more peaceful coexistence.
An evening of concert between music and message
The event combines a concert atmosphere with social relevance. The small hall of the Edwin-Scharff-Haus creates a concentrated setting for an event experience where every sound has space. The audience can expect a seated concert evening with a clear artistic direction and a message that extends beyond the concert hall.
Music becomes a place of encounter here: classical concert tradition, Persian influences, and spiritual depth converge. In the audience's mood, attention, emotion, and hope for a better world intertwine.
Album and book for the concert series
Accompanying the concert series, an album and a book titled FOR A BETTER WORLD have been released. The book sheds light on the origins of the songs, personal memories, and the musical peace work of both artists. This adds an additional narrative layer to the concert program.
Event planning and visitor experience
Doors open at 6:00 PM, the concert starts at 7:00 PM, and is expected to end at 8:30 PM. The event will take place in the small hall, is seated, and is reportedly easily accessible. The event management is handled by MACC Management GmbH.
For culturally interested individuals from Neu-Ulm, Ulm, and the region, the evening offers a special target audience approach: Those who appreciate clarinet music, Klezmer closeness, classical concert formats, and intercultural sound worlds will experience an inspiring concert date here.
