Get creative, experiment, paint, build, and discover your own ideas

At the Edwin Scharff Museum in Neu-Ulm, a practical workshop around colors, shapes, and materials awaits children between the ages of 6 and 12. Under the title “Colorful is my favorite color”, participants can become active and implement their own ideas.

The workshop invites children to experience the museum as a place of experimentation. The children can draw, paint, build, and experiment with different materials. The focus is not on achieving a perfect result, but on the joy of the creative process. Each activity offers the opportunity to develop personal ideas, change things, and discover new ways of designing.

Get creative and discover new things

Whether with pencil, paint, or various craft and building materials: The children are allowed to explore different forms of expression. The practical work makes the workshop particularly varied and appeals to both curious beginners and children who already enjoy creating. Through their own actions, individual works and personal experiences with color and material are created.

The offer is aimed at children aged 6 to 12 years. The event takes place at the Edwin Scharff Museum and is therefore an indoor event that can be attended regardless of the weather. For families, the workshop provides an opportunity to combine a museum visit with shared creative time.
